The elaboration of a Champagne Rosé with delicate fruit flavors requires a special attention during the production process. Its beautiful colour  makes it stand among the best, and immediatly you taste its sparkle and fruit.

The Assemblage

Our grapes come mostly from vineyards that are classified « Grands et Premiers Crus » Only wines from the 1ère presse (la Cuvée) are incorporated in our assemblage: Chardonnay (55%), and Pinots (45%) with a small percentage, vinified in red sourced from the famous region of Bouzi in Champagne

Bottled in April 2012, and thanks to more then 3 years of ageing, Champagne VIRGINIE T. Rosé reached the perfect balance of fruitiness, maturity and freshness that characterized brilliantly great Champagne Rosé.
