PINK TRANSMISSION
The whole comes from 75% Premiers and Grands Crus, revealing the ambition of this cuvée: to represent the best of Champagne, with precision and rigor.
Nothing was left to chance in the creation of the Transmission Rosé cuvée.
At its core, a concentrated Coteaux Champenois red, aged for a long time in oak barrels, with a palette of wild strawberries, black cherries, and sweet spices. A structured red wine, designed for blending, not for ease.
Around him, a careful selection of Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, chosen for their straightforwardness, their minerality, and their taut freshness.
The result? A dry, deep rosé with a real length on the palate, capable of accompanying an entire meal.

It's enough on its own. Perfect served chilled, early in the evening, to awaken the taste buds.

On a roasted duck, its notes of ripe red fruits and sweet spices dance with the richness of the sauce.
Or, with a creamy butter chicken, it will bring freshness and depth.
For dessert
A fruit crumble with almond powder and crunchy shortbread enhances the tension and fruit of the wine without overwhelming it.
Like all of the House's champagnes, this rosé follows a long cycle, far from commercial imperatives.
The wine rests for a minimum of 5 years on lees in our cellars, which allows it to develop a vinous structure, a finesse of bubbles, and an aromatic complexity close to the great vintage rosé champagnes.
